Job Overview

As a 3D Artist at AdLiven, you'll be instrumental in crafting engaging playable ad experiences for leading mobile gaming clients. You'll own the complete 3D production pipeline, working alongside our talented producers, designers, and developers to bring immersive 3D playable experiences to life.

Responsibilities 

• Create and optimize high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for diverse asset types
• Design and develop characters, environments, and props that capture player attention
• Optimize game assets for maximum performance across mobile platforms
• Source, modify, and enhance premium 3D stock assets
• Contribute to creative direction through 3D storyboarding
• Develop and implement efficient 3D production workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
• Maintain quality standards while working under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Game Development, or equivalent professional experience
• Expert proficiency in Blender 3D (Required)
• 3+ years proven experience as a 3D artist with comprehensive skills in modeling, texturing, and animation
• Experience working and exporting to various 3D asset types including GLB, GLTF, FBX and OBJ
• Experience with 3D compression methods such as Draco and MeshOpt a plus!
• Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics and user experience principles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop
• Demonstrated ability to optimize 3D assets for mobile platforms
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work from our Bangkok office
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse 3D creation skills required - must showcase modeling, texturing and animation skillset
